It's Goldenrod

Immediately upon seeing this artwork, I knew I'd seen Goldenrod somewhere else before. And then I quickly remembered that another DA artist named Sprucehammer also created a picture (which is fantastic) of this canine fellow: [link]

This drawing you made here is adorable. I love Goldenrod's expression. To me it seems as if he's happy with frivolous anticipation, as if he was standing by his front door and waiting for the delivery man to finally arrive any second with a special package which Goldenrod has been looking forward to get for weeks. As to what the contents of that package may be... we can only guess.

Yeah, I'll admit that I think this drawing is made all the more sweet by looking at it while keeping in mind the most important aspect found in the Goldenrod pic that Sprucehammer made: Purple Undies! And even though Goldenrod does have his pants on in this drawing, we all know that underneath those pants, Goldenrod is wearing a tight little pair of purple undies.
